I’ve recently committed to raising my vibration in 2020. What do I mean by that? Well, it’s that whole law of attraction thing and the energy we attract is based on the energy that we put out. I’ve always shared with friends, or family, going through tough times that I was sending them positive vibes. It’s was always just my way of saying “I don’t know if you want prayers, thoughts, love or what so I’m going to call it vibes and just know that means I’m thinking of you and rooting for you.”
However, I wasn’t sure I was always sending MYSELF positive vibes. In fact, there’s science out there that tells us that we negative-self talk ourselves dozens of times a day and that negativity seeps into our soul and is pretty damaging. I cannot imagine that maybe out of everything in this world I’m the one poisoning in myself more than my delicious Sauv Blanc! I cannot allow that!
I actually joined Anna Wood’s Vibe Tribe and today we kick off our first session and learn how to bring ourselves to our highest level of being. At the highest level of vibration and energy, we are our most authentic selves. This way in the future, I’m not just telling you that I’m sending you good vibes, I’m giving off so many good vibes that I’ve cleared up my acne AND yours!
There are little things you can be doing to continuously raise your own vibration from meditation to lighting a candle or even stating morning affirmations. But, for me, music is where my vibration begins and ends. I love to start my day with my Google Home waking me up with a song that will help set the mood for the day and that’s why I want to bring you my first 2020 My Revamped Playlist.
